ASAS KEUSAHAWANAN PIRAMID 5 PERINGKAT







Borang Permohonan Skim Pembiayaan Mikro Peniaga 1Malaysia. Skim diberikan kepada semua penjaja dan peniaga kecil berbilang kaum di seluruh negara sebagai menghargai sumbangan mereka dalam menjana ekonomi negara. Berikut adalah cara dan permohonan skim peniaga 1Malaysia.

Syarat Kelayakan
  1. Warganegara Malaysia
  2. Tidak muflis
  3. Berumur antara 18 hingga 60 tahun
  4. Menjalankan mikro enterpris secara sepenuh masa
  5. Perniagaan yang dijalankan tidak bertentangan dengan syariah
  6. Menjadi ahli persatuan berdaftar
  7. Tidak mempunyai pembiayaan mikro dengan mana-mana bank atau agensi lain (bagi yang sudah menjelaskan sepenuhnya pembiayaan itu layak memohon)
Permohonan yang lengkap akan mengambil masa antara lima hingga 10 hari untuk diproses bergantung kepada syarat yang dikenakan. Mereka boleh mendapatkan pembiayaan bermula dari RM1,000 hingga RM50,000 dengan caj perkhidmatan 2.5 peratus yang dikenakan akan ditanggung oleh kerajaan.
Tempoh bayaran skim pembiayaan mikro itu adalah selama lima hingga sembilan tahun dengan tidak memerlukan sebarang penjamin atau cagaran selain dikecualikan daripada semakan Credit Tip Off Service Sdn Bhd (CTOS) dan Sistem Maklumat Rujukan Pusat (CCRIS).

Bank Rakyat dalam satu kenyataan semalam berkata, penjaja atau peniaga kecil yang berminat boleh mengisi borang di Bank Rakyat dan melampirkan sekali salinan kad pengenalan serta salinan pendaftaran perniagaan Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).

The business model and key strategies

How do we develop entrepreneurship.

  • incorporating the models with the right strategies in the midst and to encounter competition.
  1. The goal in business is to maximise return -   (ROE chart /  metrics in business)
  2. However, the profit model simulation would determine the right business sizing and the cost parameters.
  3. With benchmarking, gap analysis should identify the SWOT of the business. 
  4. With target market determined, customers profiled, market positioning strategies are then formulated.
  5. Winning strategies are defined as in key result areas with departmental metrics
  6. Performance standards and indicators are established through benchmarking
  7. Efficiency and innovation driven measures for continuous improvement
  8. Goals and metrics are cascaded and coordinated to the lowest job holder
  9. All strategies and changes are linked into a strategic map
